Welcome back, Members! We have great news! Members, com join us for the "NIPPON Forum" in Zanesville, Ohio from 23 to 24 October, 2026. Our President, Dennis Benefiel, has chosen as the theme this year: "GOING FOR THE GOLD" and there is a plethora of gold to be found on our beautiful, collectable Nippon, especially in the early part of the era.
It is easy to register for the "NIPPON Forum" - after signing in, go to the banner that advertises the forum and click on it. That will take you straight to the Upcoming Convention page where you can choose the button "REGISTER NOW." The registration form will open. Complete the form and pay with PayPal or mail your check to Linda Lau, Convention Registrar @5500 Ridgeton Hill Ct, Fairfax, VA 22032. You can also go to the convention registration by opening the Convention icon at the top > Upcoming Conventions > Select REGISTER NOW > the registration form will open for you to complete.
The INCC Convention Committee has been busy designing a schedule that will include a presentation on Nippon - GOLD - of course! They have packed the two day Forum with other presentations, games, dinners, and so much more! There will be lots of in-room shopping for all you Nippon enthusiasts. There is no other place to find the quality of Nippon to purchase as is available at these Forums/Conventions.
Our Journal Director, Linda Lau, has highlighted the upcoming Forum in the latest edition of the Journal. It includes information on programs that will be presented. You can get a preview of the hotel where the Forum will take place. We have decided to try a new venue and we are convinced this will work well for our group. The location is one we have never visited - Zanesville, Ohio. Historically, this area has been involved in producing wonderful American pottery and has a museum that we will be visiting.
The 2026 Summer E-Journal is available to read in the Member Tools - in addition to giving a preview of the upcoming convention, you will find a great article on decals! Another article in this edition is on Rose Jars. I personally found this article to be so enlightening - I never knew the origin or use of these unique pieces of Nippon. Fascinating! I don't want to spoil your discovery of all that is in this publication - just click the link above for Member Tools and go read the Summer Journal.
Visit "Member Tools." for the Journals and ALL other publications JUST FOR YOU! Very important, MEMBERS, a reminder I ALWAYS place here - when you go to "Member Tools." you will find the "Member Directory " - keep in mind that these addresses are not to be shared with anyone outside the club.
